Unhappy Pressure/Ringing/ 8 days post myringotomy -HELP!

Please help me, I'm so desperate! For 8 months I've had a blockage/pressure in both ears. Tried the allergy drugs, antibiotics
to no avail. Had tubes put in 8 days ago...and it's WORSE! Ringing constantly in one ear...muffled hearing is 10X worse. Pressure and "numbness" is still there. had probs with TMJ 10 years ago...could it be back, or is there anything i'm not thinking of? No history of ear infections.

Question

I have the same problem only for 2+ years. Tubes were installed 5 days ago. Now the pressure is much worse and everything is muffled.
The pressure in my ears increase when leaning forward or on my back. This makes being a mechanic difficult.
Ear pressure is normal, ctscan showed nothing (abnormal that is). Two ENT dr's think ETD. Wouldn't tubes help immediately? I have some of TMJ symptoms (I do wear a mouthpiece) and sinus problems. No history of ear infections. I also tried/take allergy drugs and shots. What I would give for a cure.
