Hello.... newby.... I wouldn't panick yet, this certainly will compound your problem. It sounds very similar to what started to happen to me about two years ago, directly after I almost died from pancytopenia episode. My spleen was bleeding and there was some residual fluid around my heart.
Acouple of months after that, I started getting these pains and flutters in my chest. I would feel a strange, I wouldn't say painful, but uncomfortable feeling in my jaw, and neck... and then, pins and needles in my left hand and I would get real nervous and think I was having a heart attack.
It eventually stopped, until about 6 months ago when I started with a sudden breathing problem... which they are still trying to get to the bottom of.... but my heart was NOT one of the concerns.
They are swaying between Asthma, allergies and anxiety.
Could be all, but, my breathing problem began abruptly, and, came along with panic attacks because... well... when one cannot breathe, they.... panic.
panic attacks mimic heart conditions as heart conditions mimic panic.
Since you live in PA, you live in the commonwealth, which means, there are clinics who can help you either on a sliding scale or nearly free depending on your situation. I started this way before I got insurance, and, it saved my life.
Also, public assistance may give you health insurance... and it is pretty good believe it or not.
(Keystone) and I think they do full health scripts and dental... check it out.
to get you through the night, my suggestion is...
a teped relaxing bath and relaxing music to keep you calm. Try not to surf the web too much or you will scare yourself. CAll around tomorrow and make yourself an appointment to be seen by a clinic doctor who will check your vitals. He or she will be able to refer you to wherever you need to go fromthere. MANY
things can cause that sort of pain.... back problems, anxiety, heart, acid reflux. You would be amazed.
It depends on your age and medical history... family history etc.
Good luck
