Does this sound heart related?

I'm a 40 year old male. For the last week or so I've had an appetite that comes and goes, a pain that comes and goes in my upper back near my left shoulder blade....sometimes a minor pain on the left side of my chest, some neck pain, and I'm kinda tired...not fatigued or exhausted but a little more tired than usual....I had a stress test, a heart sonogram and blood work done a little over a year ago...cholesterol was 155 blood pressure was 128/82 everything was normal....I did do some yard work last week and was digging and shoveling a lot of dirt....I'm wondering if this could be related to a strained muscle in my chest or back or something like that...anyone have any thoughts?

It probably is a strained muscle from yardwork, but I think I would have it checked out just to be sure.
