How to Prevent Rogaine from Causing Dandruff

I've been using Rogaine for a few months and I now have dandruff, which I didn't previously have. Will the dandruff go away? Is this just for the 1st month? I've tryed many dandruff shampoo's and I still have it...

do <YOU> have male pattern hair loss? is it because of male pattern hair loss that you use Rogaine?
You can try shampoo containing Ketaconazole or Selenium Sulfide, it is best to seek your doc advice..

I used Minoxidil for 1 mth, the whole month of November last yr..
I had Seborrheic dermatitis as a result...
Maybe I am allergic to Minoxidil...
I am still suffering it... Other than Male Pattern Hairloss, I am losing much more hair due to Seborrheic dermatitis too...
I have yet to cure it....
I have seen numerous dermatologists already, but none of the treatment is successful...

I would try Nizoral 1% shampoo which is available OTC. Many people use Nizoral and Rogaine along with Propecia to battle hairloss. This regimen is often known as :The Big 3."

Yes I am but I'm only taking .5mg of Propecia. I think my hairloss has stopped but I haven't seen much regrowth. I just started the Rogaine Foam so hopefully that will jumpstart some regrowth for me.
