I dont know where to start but here I go. I have EIA (Exercise Induced Asthma)
My asthma has been great that good that feels like I haven't even got asthma.
I confess though that I haven't been taking my inhalers as have been forgetting to since it doesn't feel like i have asthma have been able to do lots of things no worries.
But, playing tennis last night & last week I noticed got out of breath after having to run to hit the ball quiet a few times as the other side is good & just how I like to play, I like playing very competitive when it comes to tennis always have, had to use my ventolin a few times before I played used it. I warmed up & warmed down as I always do.
Couldn't sleep last night hard to cause of my breathing, and at this very moment while typing this my chest is tight sore.
I feel frustrated as is coming up to major semi finals matter of 2 weeks when I do alot of running this happens but if I play against as side that's not as strong & I dont need to run alot have no problems at all.
Not sure if I became breathless due to lack of fitness or asthma flaring up?
I was stupid to stop taking my inhalers. Even though I've done it in the past with no worries not this time.
Has anyone experienced this with sports not knowing if it's your asthma or lack of fitness?.
Oh by the way we lost the tennis next week is a very easy match we should win.
