rojeena Newbie (female) Join Date: Jun 2008 Location: lalitpur,nepal Posts: 1	solution for hitaus hernia hi, i have been diagonised as suffering from hiatus hernia & something like bile staining,,from last two years & i'm 23 years old i have to take medicines like ranitidine ,omeprazole frequently otherwise i suffer from acid reflux ,what should i do? Rn't there anu solutions
