Don't use hydrocortisone for long term treatment. It thins your skin. Which can lead to problems later. It suppresses your immune response in the skin. And if you use to long it can become ineffective at the current strength. Also, your skin problem rebounds and becomes much worse once you stop.

Listen, I have rosacea and acne and a little seborrhea dermatitis as well.

It almost sounds like you have seborrhea dermatitis. It affects the bridge of your nose, creases by your nose, ear lobes, scalp, eyebrows. It is an oily skin condition where you get little flaky patches of skin. They are caused by the cells of your skin turning over at a fast rate. There is redness and itching.

Rosasea is caused by the cappilaries in your face not being able to re-constrict after expanding to let blood flow into your skin. This causes a permanent blush on your face. Later stages are when papules and pustules start (looks a lot like acne). End stage without treatment can lead to nose enlargement.

Really, stop with the hydro-cortisone. I was doing the same as you because I had flaky patches and redness everywhere. But found I needed stronger creams.

Instead see a dermatologist.
