Lady, I disagree with you. The reason why I disagree with you, at least in my case, is that it doesn't work for me. I can, and have, tried many diets out there, low fat/low calorie....low calorie/high fat.....high calorie/low fat....Weight Watchers.....High protien....200 calories a day.....exercise exercise exercise....but it seem(s/ed) like nothing I did worked and instead of losing weight, I'd gain weight....I've had my thyroid checked many times.....so, who knows what the deal is.... Anyway....the one diet that I have found that has helped me......well, it works for me for a little bit, then it stops....is the Low Carbohydrate diet....(Dr. Atkins Diet Revolution).... My boyfriend has lost 45 pounds and I am bringing up the rear at 25. (But, men lose weight (statistically) faster than women). So, my recommendation is cutting your carbohydrates. It may be one option you haven't tried before....and it may be the solution. Just a thought.
Sincerely,
MissieMouse
