I'll join!!

I'm 5'4" and 175lbs. (25)

B: ww bagel w/ 1tbsp. whipped cream cheese, 1/2tbsp. strawberry jelly and 1c. OJ (395, 5g)
S: FF yogurt, banana (180, 1g)
L: beef & broccoli, white rice, 2 crab rangoon, diet Dr. Pepper (?)
S: carrots, Ranch (180, 7g)
D: baked chicken breast, 1/2c. 3chz potatoes, 1/2c. green beans, 1c. milk (410)

My goal is 1600 calories a day and I think I'm probably close with this plan. I'm not sure on the Chinese. I'm guessing I'm eating about a cup of rice (160 calories), the crab rangoo are about 80 calories each.

HI
I am doing the WW point system, so I will put down what I ate and how many points it was. My point range is 20-25 a day. (I am 23 years old)

Well, so far today, I have had...

B: Bagel w/ cream cheese 4 pts
a cup of tea 0
( I used to drink coffee, but I had to lower pts, so I went to tea. When I drink coffee, it is 3-4 pts b/c of all the flavored creamer I like in it)

L: chips w/ onion dip 4 pts
non-fat milk shake 2

D: Fruit stuffed Pork roast 9pts

Desert: WW choc. chip 4 pts
cookie dough
sunday
-------
Total pts 23

JJ

Hey JJ!!!!
I was wondering about weight watchers points system.
Is it hard to stick to or does it give you a variety of food to eat so you don't feel deprived?
All the diets I have tried are rabbit food diets and I can't stick to them.
How long have you been on the weight watchers diet and how many pounds have you lost? just wondering.
thanks

Today I ate too much so here is what I ate today:

Breakfast: nothing lol
Lunch: Sonic burger, fries, chedder peppers (system overload :-( )
Dinner: handful of pistachio peanuts and coke

I usually do not eat this bad honest!
