Question Am I Obese?

I am 13 and weigh over 145 lbs. I don't look obese, or even fat, just a little bit chubby. I eat pretty OK and excercise, but why do I weigh so much?

145? Is that a typo? 145 is NOT heavy at all. Esp. if you're 5'4" or taller.

Also, its doubtful that at 145 you could be "obese", overweight maybe, but not obese.

At 13, you are still developing. You have probably not reached your adult height yet. If you eat ok and exercise, then you will probably notice a loss in weight or a gain in height before very long. Don't worry too much.
