Hi Chippie, You really can't just eat dinner everyday. You have to eat 3 meals a day. Your body has gone into starvation mode and you can not lose weight when that happens. Your body thinks you are starving and it will hold onto everything you put into it. You have to regulate you eating so that your body knows it will get the nourishment it needs. Eat a light breakfast then a small lunch and then a sensible dinner, you will feel better doing that. To help with the "eating till ya burst" try taking half of what is on your plate and eating it and throwing the other half away. Only eating half of what is on your plate is a great way to start regulating your eating habits. Also try walking at least three times a week and work your way up to six days a week. Start off at about 1/2 a mile and work up to three miles at a time. This is a great way to burn calories and lose weight. There is a great support board on here that helps everyone keep on their plan, go to the weight loss forum on this board, they are a great bunch of people.
