Hi!

Just read your post, so hopefully you will eventually! I just started Xenical today. So far, so good, but then again, it's only been the first day! If you want, I will keep you posted of my progress. This is the one thing that will really help me lose weight because quite frankly, the prospect of soiling myself if I don't eat properly is a pretty strong argument for me to eat well!

If you go on it as well, perhaps we can be each other's support! I'd love a Xenical buddy to share with!

I would love for you to keep me posted on your progress with Xenical...I just had a baby 3 weeks ago and am dead set to lose weight. Even if I dont go on Xenical, we could compare progress of me trying to lose weight without Xenical vs you with Xenical.

Talking

Hi Paramedik!

Well, I'm at the end of day 3 on the Xenical. To be honest, I don't know if it's working or not. Either I'm staying within the fat I'm allowed, which is 30g a day, or it's all going to come rushing out next week! Sorry to be gross.

I've been really good and only having the "right" things to eat, lots of fruit and veg, only a deck-of-cards-size portion of chicken or pork, no red meat, etc...the initial hunger pangs have subsided and I have more energy already. I guess there's a lot to be said for cutting out the rubbish we eat!

Anyway, if things stay the same this time next week, I'm going to call my doctor, just to make sure all is well. If stuff is supposed to be happening and isn't, I want to know http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/bang.gif hee hee Can't complain that it isn't though! Ick!

so you're still allowed 30grams of fat a day? Thats sounds completely reasonable. can you eat anything you want as long as you stay within 30grams/ say you decide to have 3 oreos is that considered a no no?
