Post is there anything wrong with this method of losing weight?

after eating big meals, or fatning meals, or both...just going and throwing it all up, and then eating healthy things like fruit and vegetables to get something back into you. so it's basically like you just ate fruits and veggies as ur meal, and none of that fat junk is in you from before. is this a safe method? if not, what's dangerous about it?

Throwing up your food will eat away at your throat and mouth, due to the acid in your stomach that comes up with the regurtuated food. acid in your stomach is not meant to be in your mouth, not even for a second. If you are sick and throw up, it's the same thing, but that only happens occasionly or less. throwing up more than that will have severe health consciquences.

Hi, I had to reply to your message. This eating and throwing up is an eating disorder called bullimia (I think that's how you spell it). My cousin had this, before she went anorexic and ended in a hospital, she's 5'6", and was weighing at about 100 lbs., she was in the brink of death. She has gained about 15 lbs. now, and she's gaining more now. She says she regrets it so much now.

Please don't do this anymore, it's very dangerous.

Esper,
The other posts are ABSOLUTELY correct. Believe it or not, that type of negative behavior can become addictive if you do it enough times, and you will begin to do it even if you don't mean to. Please stop this behavior at once as it is EXTREMELY dangerous.
