Post Please answer...CBC question

For the past several years everytime I have bloodwork done everything comes out okay except one part of the CBC, the "segs" or segmented neutrophils as they are properly called. They are always somewhat low. This time they were lower than before. Does anyone know what would cause this? The doctor seems unconcerned but I am concerned.
Please if anyone knows what this could be or what could cause this let me know.
Thanks.
