Well this is my first time trying these boards. First off let me say that I am a breast cancer survivor which is the reason that this lymph node has my doctor and I worried. It's right on the wing on my back. Does that sound strange?? Could it be just a cyst??It's apt to enlarge when I have an infection and I am on antibiotics now for one, but it usually only lasted a day or two before. This one has lasted for over a week and seems to have caused the pain I am feeling from under my right breast all the around to where the node (cyst?) is located. At first I thought it could have been a pulled muscle from coughing but the coughing is much less now and the pain still won't go away. I did have a chest xray and it was negative. My GP is trying to get me in with a new oncologist since my old one had put me under my GP's care when she left her practice. Has anyone else had an experience like this or shed any light for me? Thanks.
