Question Has anyone used sterols

I have fibromyalgia and colitis - both autoimmune illnesses. I've recently read several articles on sterols - they say it is very effective in evening out an unbalanced immune system. Anyone know anything about this? Thanks Amy

Are you talking about steroid medication? Like Prednisone? I would stay away from them. They cause numerous side affects. Like insomnia, hair loss, mood swings, glaucoma, and most seriously bone/joint/muscle loss as well as osteoporosis!

Talking

Yes, I've been doing some research on it, and wonder if it would be suitable for my autoimmune disorder. I have autoimmune inner ear disease (AIED), but there is not much information on the disease itself, so I'm not sure if it would work for me. I have read two books on the subject written by Lorna R Vanderhaeghe.
