Immuno globin A deficancy in child

Hi my 17 month old was diagones with Immunoglobin A dificancy disorder today...we are going to be sent to a specialist what can I expect? Does anyone know anything about this>

Re post your question on the rare disorders board, and I think someone will answer your post. My daughter may have Periodic Fever Syndrome, and there are others on that board with similar problems, so I think someone can help you there.
