Post not sure what category this falls under -- but any help appreciated

I have a foreign body cell growth in my throat that is
a reaction to teflon that was injected above my soft palate about 16 years ago to correct a speech disorder. I went to the doctor about it starting 2 summers ago --
they basically did not want to touch it -- my regular
doctor did not know where I could go for help -- it stopped being a problem then -- I got frustrated and tried to forget about it -- but now 2 years down the
road -- I am having severe throat pain, which sometimes spreads into my mouth area, down in my neck and glands and am wondering if it all may be related -- no one seems to be able to tell me what I can do about this -- I also at times suffer from basic exhaustion, have difficulty maintaining my weight ( everything goes right through me) and now at 36 -- menopause has set in -- any ideas on where to turn --
much appreciated --

Wow. That's interesting. Since teflon is a foreign body to your body it sounds like you have the same problem that the women who had silicone implants had when the implants leaked into their systems. In other words, is the teflon disintegrating or giving off particles that are causing contamination and symptoms? Even mercury fillings in teeth make some people sick. I'm going to ask someone I know in the science world, and see what I come up with.

BTW, investigate an environmental doctor, one that deals with people that are sick because of the pollutants in the environment. The ones that live without carpeting, out in the desert.

Pet birds have been known to fall off their perches and die when exposed to the fumes emitted from teflon frying pans.

I didn't catch whether the teflon is in your body still, or was removed but you are left with the reaction. If it's still in, the teflon has deteriorated, and could possibly be dangerous. If it is out, but you absorbed it anyway, you could have lingering problems.(According to my friend). He says there is plenty of info out there about teflon. And the environmental specialist should be able to help. Especially one versed in alternative therapies. My MD is alternative minded and her clinic deals with toxic metal poisoning as one of their specialties.

Check out Dr. Mercola and his site.

Look up "polymer fume fever". The military has been studying this because a lot of equipment is teflon coated.
