Is endometriosis an auto immune disorder? I've never heard that before. I have it, but no one's ever said that to me?

I, too, have been diagnosed with many things over the years, including chronic fatigue, hypothyroidism, endometriosis, and a host of others. I was most recently diagnosed with antiphospholipid antibody syndrome (Lupus antibody, Hughes Syndrome) and was ironically relieved once I started doing some research and finding out many of the symtoms leading to the multitude of previous diagnosis fall under the new catagory.I was starting to think I was a hypo-chondriac (and I think my doc was, too). Has anyone else been diagnosed with this?
