Okay - what's the answer? My top three guesses are: water, garlic and vinegar.

BTW, a larger red blood cell surface area has nothing to do with oxygen transport because oxygen exchange occurs at the molecular and not at the cellular level. Let's see the research.

Only a very good digestive enzyme product can do all of those great things in the bloodstream.

And those benefits will only happen when the enzymes are taken on an empty stomach.
