Help me read my test results. Docs wont answer me!

Does anyone know of a website where i can post my results of blood tests taken? I need to get an answer from someone or a doc online who is knowlegeable in reading blood tests...If you know how, i would like to ask a question ..please reply.
For the last 2 yrs straight everytime i take complete blood tests, the part where it says RBC, and MCH are always abnormal. As in the RBC says L for low and the MCH says H for high...but my docs keep dismissing this. And i have been to many docs who take this test and they tell me nothing..but why then would there be an L and an H underlined and an ABNORMAL typed in there? I get no answers and i feel sick alot..mostly with constant viruses as if my immune system is weakened....I suffer greatly from candida.

Are you not employing this doctor? Yes, you are. You need to make it clear to him that you want clear answers. If he won't satisfy you. Fire him. As for the bloodwork, a low RBC is a sign of possible anemia. MCH is "Mean corpuscular hemoglobin, pg/red cell (MCH)" Here's a link for some blood test listings. Hi, Ajoliefan! Sorry to hear your having trouble with your Dr. What about going to see an internist (rather than a gp doc) and see what they have to say about your test results? Sometimes doctors that specialize in something more specific can help get the answers you are looking for.

There's a website for the American Society of Clinical Laboratory Scientists (or something like that) that you can email your test results to and they will answer in "english" about your results in a very professional manner. You can also email the person that responds directly about follow up questions. It's free and it's been a great resource for me.

Yes i have been to many many internists, also specialist for thyroid, and other specialists. They all dismiss these tests as being "normal". I suspected anemia even though I demanded the docs to tell me IF i have anemia. They would only reply as, "your RBC is slightly low, but you dont need anything". And in respect to IRON, I know I am not suppose to take it unless anemia is diagnosed, but since the docs keep dismissing it, i just went ahead and started a small dose of it myself to test and guess what? I felt almost immediately some of my symptoms go away after a week of taking it. I am just afraid to keep taking it because i dont know what dose to take to be safe...
