Jock Itch or Yeast Infection

Does this sound familiar to any guys? I have what feels like Jock Itch or is it Male Yeast infection. Some of the symptoms feel like the onset of jock itch whereas according to all the reading I have done it does not affect the scrotum area. My symptoms are burning skin inner thighs, scrotum, scrotum area, and the Taint area(taint being aint your butt and aint your scrotum area). Just started taking Jock itch topical ointment and is still killing me. I have previously had this very bad. The whole area was red inflamed and stinky. Reminded me of a yeast infection since the whole area was infected but the jock itch ointment helped. My mother, sister, and niece have a history of yeast infection. Can someone please shed some light? Thanks.

First thing you need to do is be sure it is a yeast infection since it could be something else. Also be sure to eat plenty of yogurt with live active cultures or take acidophillus capsules to help prevent future yeast infections. Be sure to pass this info along to your female yeast infection relatives. Be sure you underwear is 100% cotton underwear and sleep nude at night if possible to help the area breathe and heal. For you chronic yeast infection relatives you may want to encourage them to get checked for diabetes since diabetics are more prone to yeast infections.
