Well, I have been taking natural fiber laxative for 3 or 4 days and it has helped me so much.

I still need a glycerine suppository to go (not sure why) but going is easy now and just takes a minute.
I used to suffer on the toilet for 30 minutes to an hour every day.

I really appreciate you telling me about this and if you were here...well, I would kiss you! Thank you very much, Harry.

Gee thanks!!!

I'm certainly glad the fiber supplement is helping. It's really a bowel Regulator and it works for diarrhea just as well!!! So, if you ever get diarrhea continue taking fiber.

You know I've been posting this same message about intaking enough fiber on this board for over 3 years. I have used it for almost 20 years every day it still works---- not only that it's safe. I have also found as you intake more insoluble fiber (the kind that does not absorb fluid) ----it will eventually produce peristalsis and you can quit the suppositories. Because that is all the suppository is doing ---- just causing the intial colon contractions.

Last year I told a person locally--- that had colon problems for 25 years to start taking Metamucil daily. His problems were solved ---now he is really irritated at all his Doctors for not tell him that ----- no body ever asked him about his diet or what he ATE---- not nearly enough fiber intake.

I'm really glad to know your name ---I didn't like calling you mushroom very much but I'm sure there a story there???
