Both Kidneys hurt, more so while sleeping any help?

Hi, both my kidneys have been hurting, they kinda feel just sore, or bruised type pain, more so at night but in the day as well,no bleeding in urine or anything else, any help Mike

I had a problem right after I bought my new water bed. It has the tubes of water and didn't have any instructions as such as it was used. I really liked it and slept much better. I keep my bedroom cold as I like it that way.

But I soon noticed that my kidneys, shoulders and arms were kinda sore. I didn't understand what was causing this.

I had a lady friend stay over one night and she informed me she wasn't about to sleep in this bed because it was too cold. So, a midnight trip to Walmart to buy a heated mattress cover and we were in business.

The funny thing, my kidneys and shoulders and arms got better imediately.
So...unless that's your problem I don't have an answer other than to go to the doc and get checked out.

Also, just before bed (after you go to the bathroom and empty your bladder, drink a BIG glass of water.

You should be drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water each day anyway, and keep your consumption of drinks with caffine down and your beer and alcohol down.
