Post QUERRY ABOUT POSSIBLE KIDNEY PROBLEM

I was wondering if anyone knows if it's a sign of kidney problems if one has extreme fatigue. My fiance has had very adnormal fatigue for about a week now and can't shake it. He is otherwise fine. My reason for thinking it may possibly be his kidneys is that he has taken large (and I mean large) doses of Tylenol for years now on a daily basis for a bad case of tennis elbow. He has been feeling like something is really wrong with him this past week. It has gotten so bad that I insisted he go to the doc's yesterday.....and the doctor sent him for major blood work today (7 vials worth)....checking for, among other things, liver, mononucleosis, leukemia, etc. I just have a sneaking suspicion that it could be his kidneys due to his heavy Tylenol use over the past 15 years. Any comments?
