Red face Is heaviness in kidney area anything?

Lately when i eat anything with honey, like granola, or any foods that turn into sugar quickly, i have been feeling heaviness in the area of the kidneys. Sort of like a congestion and discomfort. I have been checked with a kidney ultrasound, and the urine analysis, but nothing shows up...Kidney stones run in my family...I tried drinking lots of cranberry juice which helps, but the juice irritates my stomach badly, even when i drink the kind from the health store with no sugar in it...What is this heaviness i feel? Is there anything else i can do for my kidneys? thanks
