Wink Kidney Stones -- 70% calcium oxylate, 30% calcium phosphate

I am an 18 year old male. Just recently I had a deal of lower back pain, and after finally going to the doctor I found out it was a kidney stone. About a month later after MUCH pain and a trip to the E.R. for and I.V. (I couldn't even keep liquids down at a point, and got very dehydrated), I passed the stoned. It was about 1 cm, and extremely painful. Upon analysis it would found that the stone was 70% calcium oxylate and 30% calcium phosphate. I was wondering, since I haven't seen much on this board about calcium phosphate stones, what the best course of action is to avoid this in the future. I've always been a heavy dairy eater, and drank a lot of caffeinated soft-drinks (until this happened at least). I have read a little of Magnisium and vitamin B6. Anything else I should know about. This was the first time I've ever had problems with my kidneys, and no one else in my family has ever had these kinds of problems.

Much appreciation.
