Question Cavities In both kidneys

I have a question. I had an IVP done recently and the nurse said that I had congenital or congeinial cavities in both kidneys. She did not go into detail with me but told me to follow up w/ my doctor as soon as possible. Does anyone possibly know what these things are? I cannot get in to see the doctor until the 20th and I am kinda concerned. Thanks for your help.
