Post Minimal Change Disease

We have a 3 year daughter that was diagnosed after a kidney biopsy with Minimal Change Disease with a mesangial hyper cellularity. She was non-responsive to a 3 month course of Prednisone Treatment; and has been off all meds except Vasotec for the past 4-5 months. Her kidney function is still normal; we started her on Cyclosporin and Prednisone this week; we are concerned about side affects and if we will get a response......These cases seem to be rare; we are looking for someone that has experienced this????
