has anyone gotten acne from an enlarged or damaged liver???

i went to my doctor and he did my routine exam.he took blood etc.and he said my liver was really enlarged,after he told me that i started breaking out all over my face,and havent stopped since.he gave me a hepatits shot,and told me to go back in two months.ive never had anything wrong with my liver,and never had acne until now,can that be the cause of my acne??

I think I got acne from taking Zithromax for a year and a half. I never had acne until the week I started this prescription and even after I stopped taking it back in June the symtoms persist. I beleive it is due to the damage it has done to my liver.
