Post Cigarettes, marijuana smoking and liver damage

I'm a 19 year old who found out today that I have liver damage from drinking.

Could the two things I mentioned in the title make the damage worse or prevent my liver from healing?

Thanks.

EVERYTHING must pass thru your liver to detoxify,, it is your livers job to rid the toxins within your body, including all that you put in it. I would refrain until liver is healed.
Sorry to hear your news, and hope your better soon
