Hi, I suffer from this illness. It's a metabolic disorder, very rare, cruel, and not fully understood. Few doctors know about this. All the people could laugh at you because they think it has sth to do with your personal hygiene or life style. I personally went to see several doctors and finally found out what it is. It might be caused by some generic reason or acquired later. Basically, it's the metabolic system can't oxidize TMA, a chemical compound resulted from food and bacteria inside intestine, and thus cause the trouble. Because TMA is volatile, it's hard for yourself to sense it. That's why it's so scary and harmful to our social lives. You got to be psychologically strong enough to handle all the social problems it caused. You need help from doctors and close friends. If you are still there, I'd like to share my experience and view.
