Unhappy Horrible mood swings.

The hot flashes I can and do live with, those are a walk in the park compared to these moods swings. Its going on 6 months since my last period. My doctor had put me on the normal hrt but that only made matter worst. I was "Over dosing" on estrogen. I went to the drug store and bought over the counter meds like Remifemin which says I should feel a differents in two weeks (I hope so) plus I'm taking vitamins. How do I and my family surive this "Dr. Jelkle and Mr. Hyde"and depression?....HELP!

A girlfriend of mine had horrible mood swings. It's amazing anyone in her family survived. She is now taking evening primrose oil and she figures it saved their lives.
