Watch out for this book. It's full of lies about meopause and if you believe them, it can hurt you more than help you. I got it out of the library and it said stuff about the dairy industry started the rumors about calcium and osteoporosis in menopausal women. At first I believed it but I learned the hard way before it was too late.
