i dont know enough about this because i am only 20 and never experienced it but i have a small bump near my rectum and i didnt know if this was the cause.. they usually go away?
Does it itch? It might also be somewhat painful if it is really irritated, may even bleed a bit. If so and there is itching, then probably is one of those little guys. Yes, they sometimes will go away, but wiping tends to keep them irritated. You might try some Preperation H to see if you can treat it, I promise it'll feel better!
