Question Am I crazy?

For the past several months I feel like I've been suffering from severe paranoia. I haven't consulted a psychiatrist or any other mental health professional because I have been assuming the cause has some thing to do with my pregnancy. All the paranoia really radiates towards my boyfriend. I keep having these dreams that he is cheating on me and keep finding myself watching his every move and this not that I want to. It's just I find myself doing this and I feel sorry for him having to put up with me.

Before I became pregnant I use to work out daily for 2 hours. Then a month into my pregnancy I became very ill with the all mighty morning sickness and could no longer work out. I was pretty much bedridden for 3 months. I'm in 5 month as of now and I just rescently got over being sick.I think working out might help but I can't do as vigorous of a work out as I use to.Could this be some chemical imbalance that I'm suffering from? Has any one had to deal with the same problem and if so how did you cope?

The reason I ask is because I'm really starting to feel bad about myself and it's almost like I really have no control over these emotions that I'm feeling. I don't it drive my boyfriend away.

Any comments welcome and appreciated!

Thanks,
Lodi

sorry i probably cant give you the answer you really want as i have never been pregnant and dont know much about it but i can answer one thing for you

no you are not crazy

i expect it probably does have something to with your hormones but you can always ask your dr or health professional but dont worry they will not send for the men in white coats

Working out 2 hours a day means your physical health is a major part of your life and your identity. However, does this cross over to your body image? Is it important for you to be in great shape - does that give you confidence with men? If so, not being able to work out as much may make you question your ability to keep your guy or you may think he wants someone who works out the way you used to.

Three things: 1) you aren't crazy, 2) your man should love you even if you can't work out all the time right now, 3) if your guy hasn't given you reason not to trust him, being paranoid about him possibly cheating will only push him away.
