Depression or STD?

I have recently experienced a shrinkage of my penis size, and it seems to be very atrophied -- numb, no feelings, etc. I am not able to get sexually stimulated, have no orgasms, etc. Is anyone else having these problems? I'm beginning to wonder if this is due to medical side effects from depression medicine or whether I might have an unknown STD I picked up years ago and did not know it. It often feels like I have an infection down there. I am approximately 58 years old; maybe this is due to old age? Any comments/suggestions would be helpful

I would deffently go see a doctor as soon as possible. I take effexor and seoquel and have noticed my sex drive is very low but it kinda always has been since I was 17 cause I was on paxil then and paxil really had an effect on my sex drive.
