Question stiffness in knees

Hi, I am recently diagnosed but relatively asymptomatic. For the past few months, I have experienced intermittent stiffness and pain in both my knees, which seems to worsen when I'm cold. Has anyone else experienced this as being related to MS?

Hi
Just a quickie to say....yep I get the same .I have been dx for 4 years.
And suffer from stiff knees ,calf or lower thigh(just above knee)stiffness and fatigue on and off.Ie about 50% of time.It doesnot sytop me doing things ....but it is uncomfortable.
I do suggest Yoga.It helps you relax and keeps the muscles supple.
So in a nut shell I do understand.
Take care

Thanks so much for your reply. I am just starting to see a physical therapist so maybe there are specific exercises I can do to help this. Good luck to you.
