Post Muscles Twitching

I have recently noticed a lot of twitching in legs, arms, abdomen, and eyes. I went to the doctor but he simply said that it was due to stress. I am concerned about this and do not know what to do. If anyone has any ideas on what to do or what this is please respond asap so tha I can finally relax. I am going to have a full physical done to see if there are any abnormalities in my body.

have you considered the possibility of Tourette's Syndrome, that causes muscle twitching involuntarily. My sister has had it since she was 10 and she is 35 now. it comes and goes, switches from her eyes, to her shoulder, then another part of the body. Stress brings it out even more so. Ask your doctor about it.
