Post Awakened by full body stinging, flu like sensation

I have had fibromyalgia for over 20 years, with more sever post traumatic FM for the past 5 years after a spinal injury.
Just over a year ago, I had a series of health problems, including hormonal deficiencies. I am now taking estradiol, progesterone, and DHEA to address those problems.
At that time, about 1 year ago, I began to be awakened by whole body stinging. It could be described as a flu-like ache sensation.
The sensation repeatedly awakens me during the night, sometimes after a short period of sleep and sometimes after several hours of sleep. It gets stronger the closer it gets to morning, the longer that I have been in bed. Sometimes I must get up and be active for the sensation to subside. Also, I get the sensation when trying to nap during the day.
I do not know whether this is related to FM.
Has anyone had similar symptoms? If so are you aware of any nutritional or medical remedy?
Thank you.
