Post Inflammation

I have been suffering from this pain in my lower back and buttock area which sometimes extends to hamstrings. The pain shifts from one leg to another, one leg at a time.
I have had X-ray, MRI and no abnormality was reported. I visited Neurologists, Orthopedics, Chiropractor and Accupuncturist to no avail.
Myotherapy helped for a while but the pain reoccured.
Is there any solution to this inflammation problem? I don't want to get Cortezoid injection. I had tried Celebrex, but that gives releif for few days that I have tried. I am just 23 years old and desperately need your help. I wanna walk and run normally. Help Please.

Re: Inflammation

I am 22, female and have been having similar problems. My next step was cortisone injections...Why are you so against them? I am very active as well and would like to be able to excercise regularly w/o the pain and tingling!
