Question throbbing pain in upper left arm and left neck when sitting down only

Dear readers,

I get throbbing pain in upper left arm and left neck when sitting down only. Could it be some nerve injury somewhere or worse.

It might be muscular. See a doctor first to rule out any serious problems. If none, see a massotherapist to massage and stretch the muscles on the other side of the neck, the right side.
