ive put this up in different boards...lets see if anyone can give me an answer here....
at night when im in bed, i make a sudden movement and then i lay still and i can feel a vibrating? shaking? feeling through my body, mainly in abdomen and extremities, as if my muscles were gently vibrating, its annoying, and it goes on for 30 seconds and it stops...some days its more persistent than others... also when i wake up or im in dim light i close my eyes and open them and my vision shakes also for a few seconds...help me out with any possibly diseases these symptoms could cause me...ive also got balance problems and dizzyness...and the doctor ruled out ear infections...
please help me out
