Hi! Harry
I have idiopathic neuropathy. If it is out there I have just about tried it. I took the Lipoic Acid, but it did not help. Here are two things that seem to help me. Last year we installed a hot tub and it seems to help a lot.

This is for a veggi. coctail receipe given to me.
Take 1 carrot,1orange and two slices of pineapple. Put through a blender and enjoy. Take with it bromelain tablets(nutrition store). Helps, but I get tired of drinking it everyday.

The only drug that helps me is Neurotin. I am on 2200 mg. per day. 300 in the am and 1900 at night to help me sleep through the pain. If I take more than 300 during the day I feel spacy.

As a doctor once told me not everything will help everyone, but there is something that can help someone.
Keep trying and good luck.
