Anybody fear and dread the thought of being embarased? If I didn't have this one fear, I could say goodbye to 90% of my anxiety/panic. Let me know if anyone else has this fear.

Oh yeh I feel this way too, being embarressed is the worse for me. would rather get the S*** beat out of me than that.

Hi! I'm the same exact way! I'm always afraid of looking/sounding/acting stupid, etc and embarrassing myself! When it happens I feel my face get really hot and I just want to slap myself!

To make matters worse it doesn't take much to embarrass me!

I know what you mean!!! If someone I don't know stares at me I get really embarrassed... and turn really red, which ends up being even more embarrassing. And, speaking infront of alot of people, not possible without blushing. Anyone have any ideas on how to deal with this? ive had it since I was about 13 Thanx =)
