whats under the bed?

i swear im 24 years old in the military and im still afraid of whats under the bed. come on now, i know a lot of you freak out when you have your legs or arms hanging over the bed or you lay at night and you cant help not picturing something crawling underneath your covers grabbing your feet, well thats what is crazy when i lay down at night without any type of light.can anyone expand on this?
