Fear of dogs and cockroaches!!

I am such an idiot, i swear, I just became acustomed to getting close to my sister chihuahua, but thats it, I ll get scared or even kind of cry when a dog gets near me. ALso cockroaches, If I see one ill jump on the counters or on anything I could.Id like to get some advice, since I know I look like an *** when it happens. Oh, by the way, ive never had a pet

It's okay to be scared of them, I'm terrified of them! Dogs barks are usually fierce. Try to take deep breaths when you get scared or go into another room and try to think of something else. Cockroaches, it's either you kill the little nuiance or scream and run like crazy. (Both work great, I tried them )
