Friend is terrified of dogs and horses

Why is my friend so afraid of dogs and horses? They are behind fences and she screams if she sees them. A few weeks ago their was a friendly dog outside, but she screamed and hollered so much it bit her.
IS there anything I can do?

I would think that you should suggest therapy to her. It sounds like a phobia, which is out of her hands, and may need some therapy.
