Adult add and ritalin

I am over 30 adult diagnosed with add. I have been on ritalin for several months. I really have not noticed a real difference. I am still what I call unfocused. I am taking 10mg a day.

Have you ever tried different med. There are other meds. like adderall that might work better for you. Everyone is different and some meds. work for some and not for others. Maybe your doctor can try something different and see what kind of results there are.

I guess you are like me. Ritilin never worked for me, no matter what the dosage was. I have been taking adderall for two years now, and it works really good.
