How long before i can tell if the drug works or not?

My hsuband has been tkaing a different kind of medication, but he's just now seeing some differences. He's been on his medication for a week. His Dr. told him to give it anywhere form seven to fourteen days.

Adderall takes about two weeks to actaully start noticing a difference.

It usually take 10-14 days to notice effects with these types of medications although some people notice a difference real quickly. One word of advice though.....ALWAYS ask your doctor or pharmacist how long it may take before you notice any results any time you start a new medication be it for ADD or even just for an infection. You need to know this info as well as the side effects BEFORE you take the first dose so that you are aware of what to expect when you take a new medication.
